From the initial consultation, your personal Project Manager will work closely with you to advise on expected timelines for pre-construction and construction of your dual occupancy home.

Allow 8-9 months depending on the size of your home. Please refer to our ‘Guide to Building Your Home’ for all your construction related queries.

Our dual occupancy development specialists will review the site for you and let you know what’s possible. It’s a complimentary service. Simply send through the title documents or section 32 and we’ll do the rest.

Our upfront price includes complete Project Management of you dual occupation development. This will include a dedicated expert Project Manager who will guide you through the consultation, pre-construction and construction phases.
